- Here is what you can expect when working with PCC :
- We begin with a project Kick-off Session so we can know exactly what your company wants & needs. This helps us bring your imagination into product reality.
- We source all the materials needed including the fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging.
- Out technical department develops your patterns.
- Our pre-production department creates the initial prototype samples.
- We review these with you and revise them as needed.
- After final approval, we transition to regular bulk production.


Fabric Development & Sourcing
- We encourage you to bring reference samples to the Kickoff Session.
- Once we know your fabric needs, we secure it from our regular fabric inventory.
- Or…we develop new fabric with our textile manufacturing and converter partners. Our fabric development strategic alliances allow PCC to develop virtually any knit fabric you need at multiple price points.
- We have access to a wide variety of both core as well as fashion knit fabrics.
- Our core fabrics include jersey, fleece, ribs, burnout, Tencel, rayon & polyester fabrics.
Pre-Production
- We believe that careful pre-production creates high quality bulk production. This takes time but it is time well spent.
- At Pacific Continental Clothing our pre-production process consists of:
- Initial sample development using available fabrics.
- Development of sample fabrics if required.
- Costing of the garment
- Pattern making, correction of patterns & pattern grading.
- Fit sample making and approval from our clients. Corrections if necessary.
- Production, materials & line planning.
- Procurement of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging.
- Testing of fabrics and other raw materials
- Efficiency study of the final sample
- Final pre-production meeting
- Transition to bulk production.


Full-Package Local Manufacturing & International Sourcing Options
- Your preferences, price and timing considerations will help us recommend where to manufacture your product.
- If your products are to be made in Los Angeles, we select either our own in-house cutting & sewing facility or place the production with one of our certified sub-contractors.
- Rest assured, all our manufacturing facilities, in Los Angeles or abroad, comply with our high-quality assurance and workplace standards.
- PCC is WRAP-Gold certified. This means that all our facilities have been certified as being “safe, lawful and ethical “.
Digital Direct-to-Garment and Traditional Screen Printing
- Pacific Continental Clothing offers a full range of digital printing, screen-printing, embroideries, and other decorations through our in-house and sub-contractor network.
