We believe apparel manufacturing should be an organized, team -oriented process.
We work with our clients in a collaborative manner.
Here is what you can expect when working with PCC :

We source all the materials needed including the fabrics, trims, accessories & packaging.
Out technical department develops your patterns.
Our pre-production department creates the initial prototype samples.
We review these with you and revise them as needed.
After final approval, we transition to regular bulk production.
We encourage you to bring reference samples to the Kickoff Session.
Once we know your fabric needs, we secure it from our regular fabric inventory.
Or…we develop new fabric with our textile manufacturing and converter partners. Our fabric development strategic alliances allow PCC to develop virtually any knit fabric you need at multiple price points.
